Cortica is looking for a full-time Director of Business Partnerships to join its growing team!
The Director of Business Partnerships will be an essential leader and an integral part of the Contracting Strategy team of Cortica. This leader will be focused on the identification and development of strategic relationships across the country— with key employers, providers, and business partners —all designed to support Cortica's growth in the market, providing care to any child with ASD or other pediatric neurology disorders.

What will you do?
o Develop a playbook for employer partnership models (e.g., advocacy with employer TPAs/payers, unique benefit designs promoting Cortica, unique service models to enable greater access for target employees).
o Develop supportive channel partner relationships (e.g., consultants, brokers).
o Cultivate employer relationships based on Cortica patient testimonials, supportive employer leaders, or assisting channel partners.
o Construct unique employer relationships.
o Serve as account management liaison to strategic employer partners to confirm value proposition is being met.
o Develop a playbook for provider partnership models (e.g., referral partner, HMO delegated provider, market expansion advocate, etc.).
o Develop process for confirming that internal capabilities exist (or are developed) to support provider partners.
o Cultivate provider relationships based on existing referral patterns, existing market relationships, strategic partners (e.g., investors), or business development.
o Construct unique provider relationships with Physicians.
o Serve as account management liaison to strategic provider partners to confirm value proposition is being met.

The base pay range for this opening is $170,000 to $215,000 . According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
