About the Job
Thriveworks is looking for a motivated individual for the Facility Utilities Coordinator position. Are you a creative problem solver?

Key Responsibilities
Manage all Internet related requests
Coordinate the utilities of Thriveworks locations : Janitorial services, pest control, and others.
Schedule inspections and repairs, as a result of facilities request form
Interface with landlords and property managers to resolve utilities issues
Mediate interactions between vendors and our onsite employees
Manage the onboarding keys process for Thriveworks locations
Be the liaison between vendors and our billing department
Maintain billing information updated for all utilities
Help manage the Thriveworks facilities email
Communicate site updates to the rest of the Real Estate and Facilities team as needed
Skills / Qualifications
An above average aptitude with verbal and written communication skills
Energetic, with a positive attitude
True and patient problem solving skills
Must be very detail oriented
Self-driven attitude and ability to work well independently
Experience working with G Suite and Monday.com (preferred)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Must be able to learn new concepts and processes quickly
Must be able to go into the Lynchburg office, possibility of being hybrid after the initial training period.
Property management experience (preferred)

Compensation is $18 - $19 per hour depending on experience
