Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic.
• Ensure seamless coordination and integration of mental health and substance use disorder services.
• Drive program development, aligning services with the CCBHC model of care.
• Oversee outcome measurement initiatives to assess service effectiveness.
• Elevate standards of care by implementing industry best practices.

Education/Training

• Master's degree in Human Services, Public Health, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Must have a minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory role with clinical and management responsibilities.
• Prefer a minimum of three years behavioral healthcare experience.
• Experience with meeting state and federal grant requirements including technical report writing.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary starting at $80,000 per year. Offer will be commensurate with education and experience.
