General Summary….

The Senior Co-Pack Manager is responsible for the successful operations of co-pack operations. Servesasan expertresource totheorganizationtoimprovetheexecution, service delivery andservicecosts forsites, whichincludesidentifying opportunitiesand trends.This rolewillhelpformulatestrategies tomaximizeprofitabilityand address issues with resolution.The strategic business objective is to coordinate with operations to suggest enhancements that will drive customer satisfaction, increase product influence and grow the business.

  • Maximizingoperationaleffectivenesson ensuringmanagementteams arefocused ondelivering timelyresultsforthe business.
  • Designandimplementprocessthathelpstoensureteams areachievingperformanceexpectations.
  • Focusonoperationalexecution,servicedeliveryandservicecosts,KPI’sandcontinuousimprovement.
  • CollaborateswithContinuous ImprovementandEngineeringtoidentifyandsetcontinuousimprovementtargets for sites.
  • Deliversperiodicupdatestoseniorleadershiponeffectivenessofcompany’sco-packing efforts.
  • PartnerswithAccountManagementteamto ensurecustomerneedsaremetandissuesareresolved.
  • Monitors andmaintainsthesuccess,accuracy,statusandoperational effectivenessofimplementedplans,policies and operating procedures.
  • Providesleadershipinusing QualityDrivenManagement techniques withinthebusiness,encouraginguseofanalysis to drive decision-making and development of improvements. Ensures team understands expectations and how information is reported and used.
  • Activelyparticipates inleadership developmentactivities,includingsuccessionplanning,coaching,andindividual development planning within span of control.
  • Work closely with FSC Engineering Team in identifying and implementing emerging technologies related to the co-pack business.
  • Assist Solution Design Team pricing new co-pack business opportunities.
  • Become familiar with FSC approved vendors related to co-pack machinery and equipment.
  • Performs allotherdutiesasassignedorrequested.

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related operations discipline is strongly preferred. Alternatively,militaryrankatE-9orO4-O5. Master’sDegreepreferred.Additionaljob-related certifications preferred.
  • Aminimumof ten (10)years ofprovenmanagementexperience,preferablyin aco-packenvironment responsible for managing customer relationships, contracts, pricing, P&L, QDM, and talent management.
  • Atleastthree(3)tofive(5)years’experiencein amanagement/supervisorycapacity.
  • Atleasteight (8)toten (10)yearsexperiences ina co-packindustry, co-pack pricing, technology selection and deployment,supplychainservices and current/future trends including dedicated focus in account management metrics strongly preferred.
  • ExperiencewithQDM,LeanorSixSigmaMethodologies.
  • Excellentorganizationalandanalyticalskills.
  • Prioritizationandproblemsolvingskillsessential.
  • Musthaveexcellentcommunicationskills,both written andoral, andtheabilitytoeffectivelyinteractwithCompany customers and employees.
  • DemonstratedknowledgeanduserexperiencewithExcel,Access,E-Mail,andWordDocuments.
  • Travel required: 50%

This position pays $104,549 - $198,375 depending upon Co-pack experience.
