JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for job posting and advertising processes, ensuring job requisitions are refreshed and relevant for current business needs on all job boards
  • Sources, schedules and conducts initial interviews; coordinates interviews with hiring managers
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Proactively manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams; ensure timely and accurate meeting notices are sent, along with interview confirmation emails, continuously following up on the interview process to drive an engaging candidate experience
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging talent market trends for recruiting, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management on findings
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Partner closely with Regional Human Resource teams to support current and future staffing needs.
  • Provide analytical and documented recruiting reports to Global Talent Strategist
  • Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of one year in talent acquisition and/or human resources support position
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, ADP/Recruitment Manager preferred
  • Experience managing applicant tracking systems, working knowledge of ADP Vantage and Recruitment Manager (RM) preferred
  • Travel up to 25% of time

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • "Hands-on" approach to projects and initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Proactive with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through listening, speaking, and exceptional writing skills; remain professional and solutions-focused while interacting with others
  • Computer skills: MS Office applications and database systems and applications
  • Critical success criteria include attention to detail, organized approach to work, effective time management and follow-through
