Revenue Cycle - Shared Services - Hiring Committee Admin

Starting Pay $16.00

The Hiring Committee Admin works within the Shared Services Team with administrative task for the Hiring Committee to ensure the recruitment, screening, and hiring of high-quality qualified applicants for the entire revenue cycle department.

Essential Functions/Duties

• Works with revenue cycle leadership to identify personnel vacancies
• Works with Human Resources Department to post / advertise personnel vacancies
• Pre-Screens applicants to identify needed qualifications
• Scheduling of Interviews
• Requesting and/or conducting reference checks
• Assist in the interviewing of applicants
• Basic administrative duties to track applicants, reference checks, and any applicable onboarding of new hires
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• 6 months customer service experience
• 6 months basic administrative experience
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Experience:

• 6 months Human Resource or Recruiting Experience

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to follow multiple step processes
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and apply data entry steps accurately to accounts

Working Conditions and Mental Conditions:

• Work in a team environment
• Utilize various software programs
• May be required to sit for long periods of time
