The Opportunity:
Your role at Sephora:
As an Employee Relations Partner – Distribution Centers (DCs), you will facilitate and help manage employee relations for Sephora’s DCs and act as a neutral intermediary between employees and leaders. Reporting to an Employee Relations Manager, and working closely with the VP, HR Distribution Center Organization, you will work with people leaders and cross-functional business partners in the area of escalated employee performance management, involuntary terminations, employee engagement, employee concerns, mediated conversations, listening sessions, and climate surveys. You will be responsible for formalizing the ER function by capturing metrics and data points, ensuring consistent processes across locations, providing updates to business and HR leaders and recommendations on areas of opportunity. You will have the flexibility to think creatively and out of the box on process efficiencies and strategic initiatives involving our employees and leaders.

Position is remote with a strong preference for candidate who resides within 1 hour of any of the below DC locations. Approximately 25% travel required to DC locations. The candidate will have greater connectivity to Sephora’s business strategy, DC operations, and culture if living in this proximity to one of the distribution centers:
The annual base salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $130,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
