EspriGas is Hiring a Remote National Sales -Industrial Gases

Description:

EspriGas brings a modern approach to the $130 billion gas industry by utilizing a network business model to deliver products nationwide. We leverage our unique service and technological capabilities to handle the complex logistical needs of large, multi-site companies through a national network of gas supply partners. Our customers include Fortune 1000 companies across various industries, such as food and beverage, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, etc. Examples include providing medical gas to large clinic chains such as PetSmart Pet Hospitals and CO2 for top restaurant chains such as Panda Express. Our industry produces, distributes, and sells atmospheric gases and other specialty products. 

Purpose of the Position:

We seek a dynamic and motivated National Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our product lines nationwide. Your proven track record in sales, strong communication and negotiating skills, and a deep understanding of various products will lead to growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a comprehensive national sales strategy for industrial gases, targeting new and existing customers in diverse industries.
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, procurement managers, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders within target industries.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges to recommend appropriate industrial gas solutions aligning with operational requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and applications of our industrial gas offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress within the company's Salesforce system.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide valuable input for product development and sales strategies.
  • Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand the company's customer base.
  • Uphold the company's values and ethics while representing the organization to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in medical and industrial gases or related industries preferred. Propane experience a huge plus.
  • Three plus years of national, corporate B2B sales experience with a multi-million-dollar quota history.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial gas applications, properties, and benefits for various industries.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel nationally to meet clients and attend industry events (estimated travel: 30-60%).
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

The ideal candidate will operate remotely from the Midwest or the East Coast.
