- Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to discuss outstanding debts and establish payment arrangements.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve delinquent accounts.
- Document all interactions and payment agreements accurately in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize collection strategies and achieve departmental goals.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional Information :
- This is a fully remote position, but you will be required to attend in-office training on your first day and approximately 6 times a year.
- Business professional dress code is required when in the office.
