Arrow Exterminators is looking for a motivated individual like you to join our team as a full-time Inside Sales Representative.

This Inside Sales Representative position offers a competitive pay of $41,000 - $51,000/year and great benefits such as:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
  • Ability to pass internal technical exams
  • Capability to work a 40-hour week
  • Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed

DAY-TO-DAY AS AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an Inside Sales Representative, you have the opportunity to showcase your influencing skills by engaging with both existing and potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to introduce and educate customers on the services that best suit their needs and enroll them in these services. You collaborate closely with the outside sales team, helping generate leads and appointments through effective telephone conversations. You actively participate in lead-generating programs created by our corporate Inside Sales Department, with guidance and support from regional training managers. Your meticulous data entry skills come into play as you document customer interactions and call activity in our customer relations management system. Additionally, besides making outbound calls, you support the administrative team by addressing inbound calls related to scheduling, billing, or problem resolution.
