Senior Associate, Corporate Actions Team Lead

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Role to join our Corporate Actions/Tax Team. This role is remote.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Lead a Team for Corporate Action Processing 
• Train/Coach Associates 
• Interact with Clients 
• Improve the current process

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 plus years of technical and/or management experience preferred. 
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred. 
• Experience in taking responsibility/ownership required.
