We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer support and assistance to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs, offering solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and concerns.
  • Educate clients on our products, services, and online platforms, guiding them through account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Accurately maintain client records, update account information, and process service requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, coordinate resolutions, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and optimize efficiency in delivering customer support.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, client support, or related field is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning and development.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.50 - $35.00 per hour
