Updating Customer information and Vendor to Customer Maintain the Open Call Management Process including ETA Compliance and the “4 Day” SLA (Service Level Agreement) Compliance. Handle all Low to Mid-level Escalations; communicate all High-Level to Director of Accounts Operations.
