Job Summary:

The Talent Manager / Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the Bedrock Care. The primary responsibilities will be Rehabiliation Therapy recruiting and Key Clinical positions within our organization. This is a REMOTE position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit a strong network of candidates through both proactive and passive strategies such as the use of social media, job postings, referrals, job fairs and traditional networking
• Work and form relationships with teams to know the ins and outs of their facilities and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates, including engaging passive candidates, for in-demand roles
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
• Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Build long lasting successful relationships at industry leading schools/ colleges, agencies, and brands by consistently delivering unsurpassed customer service
• Attend conventions, conferences, associations, organizations, universities and colleges to provide visibility to Bedrock and create a pipeline of candidates as part of strategic plan as needed
• Experience and demonstrated success with remote recruiting a plus
