The Compliance Specialist will support the compliance and policy team with desktop reviews of local office activities, as well as be responsible for reviewing employer account requests in the State’s Labor Exchange System. This position is primarily a support position that performs several administrative tasks, across several projects. The right candidate must grasp and apply policy and procedures quickly. Individuals will ensure employer accounts are validated and will work daily reports monitoring account activity. This position provides a high level of prompt customer service to staff, as well as external customers needing assistance with their accounts. The ideal candidate is someone with attention to detail and has a keen eye for identifying potential issues to ensure the integrity of the State’s Labor Exchange System.
Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience (e.g. two years of experience in a compliance or auditing role conducting administrative research to determine compliance with policies and procedures).
