Inside Sales Representative - Call Center

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service or related field.
Will be eager to embrace this new role in an expanding company.
Will be confident and comfortable on the phone and excited by the opportunity to speak with business owners - qualified applicants will not be intimidated by B2B communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills a must
• Computer skills a must; Tech savvy and Microsoft office preferred
• 1 years' experience in customer service, sales or outbound calling
• Experience in NetSuite is preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact businesses by phone to discuss competitive services (B2B)
• Understand and explain our service model to potential clients
• Handle client inquiries and can address questions
• Accurately obtain information, including names, business addresses and emails
• Record specific details, including reactions and progress of conversations
• Input all details into the company-wide computer system
• Document all interactions with great attention to detail and follow-up with consistency
• Consistently keep track of leads until converted into clients
• Proofread orders when necessary
• Ability to take overflowing incoming calls from the Customer Service Representatives
• Other duties as assigned to accommodate business needs
