Fix Network has an incredible Digital Media Specialist opportunity!


The Fix Network U.S.A. Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for the strategic planning of online content development, implementation, and optimization of the Fix Network USA franchise social and digital platforms. In-depth understanding on how to utilize the power of social and online media to create greater awareness, retention, and engagement are integral to this role. This position works cross-functionally with U.S. franchising team members and the U.S. franchise networks to establish regional digital marketing plans. They are accountable for developing and maintaining accurate and engaging content for a variety of digital and social media channels and will lead the transformation of value propositions into compelling call-to-actions in all forms of online media programs.

Responsibilities

  • Work in social platforms to create and manage strategic media campaigns that increase the Fix Network USA Franchise Network social and digital exposure in their local markets.
  • Mange Franchise social and online campaigns to ensure the highest optimization and performance.
  • Develop and maintain local franchise networks social content calendar, supporting key talking points throughout the year.
  • Develop and coordinate long-term and day-to-day digital content strategy, in alignment with the USA Franchising marketing and sales overall goals.
  • Monitor industry/social media trends to maintain a solid grasp of relevancy as it relates to the automotive and franchising industry.
  • Assist with programs that help increase awareness, engagement, and followers in all social media platforms, such as story-driven initiatives and projects such as podcasts, influencer videos, photos, and other sources.
  • Ensure timely and accurate content across all U.S. Fix Network Franchise digital platforms, reviewing sites, listings, online campaigns, and social media regularly.
  • Assist with developing effective SEO optimized on-site content for all U.S. franchise digital channels. Also assisting with off-site SEO optimization including blogs and additional content resources.
  • Manage responses from franchise digital platforms including tracking engagement and distribution of comments and reviews acquired.
  • Maintain Franchise Network Reputation Management Program.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficient and experienced in MS Office suite, as well as Social and Digital Media Platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • An understanding of Google Analytics, and other web, social and digital analytical tools.
  • Proven success creating multi-channel campaigns.
  • Working experience in managing organic and paid media campaigns and creating SEO optimized content.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photo Shop and Adobe Acrobat) and other content development platforms preferred.

  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • High deductive reasoning skills. Have the ability to problem solve and think creatively to overcome obstacles.
  • Able to work within a team environment while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Proven experience and track record of effectively sharing information and ideas on multi -media platforms, specifically as it relates to social media postings, blogs, online and website content.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Client facing experience is a plus.
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
  • Proven history of managing and implementing publicity plans to garner social media coverage.
  • Experience in the automotive and/or franchising industry preferred.

Experience

  • Equivalent to (3-5) years of proven hands-on work experience working as a digital marketer in social media/digital marketing disciplines; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrate passion for the social and digital media space.

Location

  • This job will be fully remote, with a location of St. Paul MN preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in digital marketing or related field.

Travel

  • Up to 35% travel is required
