Job Title: Super Smash Bros Esports Coach (Part-Time, Remote)

Description: Concorde Education is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and experienced esports professional to supervise all aspects of a school Super Smash Bros esports program, including instruction, coaching, and managing of teams.

Qualifications:

• Prior coaching, teaching, and/or counselor experience
• Extensive knowledge of esports, including but not limited general strategies, team building, skill building, and competition strategies
• Extensive experience and credentials in Super Smash Bros
• Knowledge of middle and high school level esports rules and regulations
• Video editing for practice and match performance review
• Strong organizational skills, especially regarding practice planning and managing the logistics of tournaments and league development
• Ability to work collaboratively with students
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Must be able to organize and facilitate multiple practices per week
