Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to IT issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions.
• Conduct software troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in the administration of network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Perform system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Document IT procedures and create user guides.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficiency in computer hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems, such as Jira.
• Knowledge of network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
