Description
The Seasonal Web Support Analyst is a frontline member of the Web Development team, providing assistance and technical support for customers and staff members regarding our websites. They coordinate with the primary Support Analyst when problems are discovered, providing follow-up responses as needed.
This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference. This position should display our Core Values of SERVE (Serve, Equip, Relate, Value, Engage) when interfacing with both internal and external customers to ensure that the message and mission of Answers in Genesis is portrayed in an effective and God-honoring fashion. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Respond to incoming technical support requests in a timely and professional manner.
2. Work with the development team to determine courses of action when problems are found.
3. Develop and maintain standard responses, protocols for customer interaction, and user documentation.
4. Make recommendations on improvements to features and overall system structure to improve the customer experience.
5. Monitor the web live chat to help customers with their needs.
6. And all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school degree and some work experience serving customers
