CACI's Business Solutions and Services (BSS) Group delivers state-of-the-art enterprise IT solutions and services across a broad spectrum of clients, encompassing the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, civilian agencies, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This role offers the opportunity to work on the Electronic Contract Writing Module (ECWM) supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), which consists of a suite of modules encapsulating all aspects of DoD contracting, receipt/acceptance, and payment related activities, among others.

CACI is actively seeking a Business Systems Analyst/Tester to provide integral support for the test management lifecycle for the ECWM program. This position will require an understanding of the contract writing and procurement environment (also known as the Airforce product called CON-IT). This role is engaging with our government test management lead, and other test resources under the SAFe Agile.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct business system analysis in regard to functional workflows by users and interaction with ECWM applications.

• Conduct triage level support and resolution with customers and development team.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate and execute test efforts with software development teams to identify, prioritize, and address defects and issues throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases and updates.

• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency - Design, develop and implement automated test scenarios and scripts within prescribed automation tools

• Document and communicate test results, defects, and recommendations to stakeholders and development teams.

• Manage test measures, metrics, and reporting.

• Work closely with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing testing processes and methodologies.

• Collaborate with team management/leads to ensure proper setup, configuration, and refinement of Test process and tools.

• Coordinate with Teams and customers on test approaches, test findings and defect resolutions.

• Helping create and improve various aspects of the test management efforts.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

• US Citizen with an existing NACLC

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6 years of related work experience.

• Some DoD Industry knowledge and experience

• Familiar with one or more of the following: DoD Contracting, DoD Purchase/Acquisition, DoD Supply/Logistics and/or DoD Payment processing, AF Con-IT.

• Experience in supporting contract writing systems.

• Strong Analytical Skills (ability to hear, understand and digest requirements while identifying potential areas of impact).

• Experience with leading test management efforts for high paced critical application platforms.

• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with Microsoft (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, and Visio).

• Experience with customer relations and interactions with service-oriented focus

• Experience working in a high-paced SAFe Agile/SCRUM environment.

• Experience with JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, JIRA Align, Confluence or similar programs

• Experience with any test management tools both manual and automated

• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment; working with others to meet aggressive time-based goals and high-quality standards.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

• Familiar with Appian or related low-code software solutions that implement business process management (BPM).

• Certifications in Service-Oriented methodologies like ITIL or Service-Oriented Approach (SOA)

• Experience with FiTness test application

• Certifications or understanding of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• Certifications or ability to obtain Security or higher
