Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Location: Morristown, NJ

Pay: $20-$23/hour

This isn’t your ordinary staffing role; it’s an opportunity to create unforgettable experiences every single day.

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Inside Sales Associate to join our National Recruitment Center team in Morristown, NJ. This position is an in-office role, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities for our non-clinical vertical and setting up first meetings for the sales team. As the Inside Sales Associate, you will play an important role in supporting key initiatives. The Inside Sales Associate reports to the Area Director of Sales, Operations & Centralized Services.

Responsibilities

· Perform appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify clients for new business development.

· Scheduling meetings for sales leader

· Work collaboratively with sales leader to generate successful leads and lists for non-clinical healthcare roles.

· Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.

· Document all sales activities within Salesforce.com.

· Manage outbound and inbound calls for prospective companies looking to discuss our service offerings.

· Establish relationships with prospective customers and build a viable sales pipeline.

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

· Support sales team as needed with research, reporting and market analysis.

Qualifications

· BA/BS degree (Business Administration, Marketing, etc.) preferred but not required.

· Demonstrate a passion for sales with a winning attitude.

· Strong relationship building and exceptional communication skills.

· High level of responsiveness and engagement

· Team oriented and willingness to help.

· Strong planning, time management and analytical skills

· Self-motivated with a strong drive and sense of urgency

· Able to think strategically and execute a plan.
