SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for internal customer service for Service Department, Sales Department and Controls Department in regard to parts. Responsible for external customer sales and service processing customer orders, vendor sales, inventory, purchasing, pricing, warranty & warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school/GED required. Related technical school/training considered a plus. Minimum one year verifiable work experience required. HVAC, electrical knowledge or work related experience preferred. Intermediate computer skills required.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
State driver s license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must possess the ability to communicate will all levels of the organization; as well as, external vendors, business contacts, existing customers and potential customers.
