Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Business Solutions Manager, Sales to join our IT team, this position can be worked remotely. This position will bridge the gap between functional and technical teams by acting as the primary liaison of IT with business unit partners to help identify and solve issues, enable strategic aims, and ensure continuous improvement of operational systems and processes.

This position requires proven experience with continuous improvement in CPG Sales (Direct Store Delivery, Direct to Warehouse, Direct to Customer, Price Management, and Distribution Inventory Management) and experience with Dynamics365. Interested candidates with a demonstrated ability to work successfully on large-scale projects under tight deadlines who have an excellent understanding and technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards are encouraged to apply.

Business Solutions Manager:

• Good understanding of Utz business and best practices in the outside world.
• Technical skills include hands-on understanding of applications in purview, the ability to configure them and design process solutions using systems.
• Analyzes, documents, evaluates, and tests current business systems to create Business Requirements Documents for the IT Development department.
• Complete understanding of the SDLC lifecycle and the requirements associated with maintaining SOX compliance.
• Consults with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
• Guides the business in implementing best practices in their business processes and effective usage of tools and technologies employed.
• Provides business level technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.
• Has in-depth knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for conducting business analysis and is proficient in conducting business requirement sessions.
• Consults with business unit management and personnel to obtain additional information during system development and evaluate alternatives.
• Assists with new software/hardware implementation including initial training, follow-up support, and on-going continuous application improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience with continuous improvement in CPG/Manufacturing Financials (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting) and experience with Dynamics365.
• Experience with modern ERP software. Prefer Dynamics365 experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully on large-scale projects.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detail-oriented tasks.
• Excellent understanding and technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols and standards.
• Experience with system design and development from business requirements analysis.
