Pacific Life Insurance is Hiring a Remote Product Development Support Analyst II

Job Description:

We’re actively seeking a talented Product Support Specialist with a focus on group dental and vision to join the Workforce Benefits product team. This role can be on-site, hybrid, or 100% remote.
As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success of the Workforce Benefits product lines. You will work closely with and report to the dental and vision Lead Product Manager as well as working with many other divisions on day-to-day support of our existing product lines and you will play an important role in the development of new products and enhancements. 
How you will make an impact:

  • Work closely with lead product manager on the development, enhancement and support of group dental and vision
  • Research and develop network growth initiatives
  • Support product compliance with dental & vision network and product filings. 
  • Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and quality assurance standards
  • Monitor and provide day-to-day support WITH external vendors and TPA's
  • Assist sales with dental and vision PPO network inquiries including providing network analysis reports
  • Assist with competitive research and monitor market trends
  • Lead on product state implementations

The experience you will bring:

  • BA and 2 years' experience with workforce benefits and product level support
  • Proficient with Office365 suite
  • Strong writing and communication skills

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$69,030.00 - $84,370.00
