Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of Point of Sale (POS) Customer Value Agreement (CVA) Inside Sales Representative (ISR). A Customer Value Agreement (CVA) is a service agreement that outlines the maintenance and support services provided to clients upon the sale of engines and generators. This position plays a critical role in addressing the escalating demand for engines and generators sold with a Point of Sale service agreement each year. The successful candidate will act as a centralized point of contact, ensuring a seamless transition between the new engine sales division and end-user clients. Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in facilitating an exceptional initial service experience for Quinn Power Systems products, including involvement in client service contacts for power generation clients and offering planned routine maintenance services at a fixed price.
Wages
Starting wage will depend on experience and education and includes an hourly wage plus monthly commission and bonus opportunites.

Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree Preferred:
2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related field.
Experience in the power systems industry or similar technical sales environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented approach to work to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Proficiency in business software applications, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and database management tools.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms as needed.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adjust to evolving business needs and client requirements.
