Argyle Executive Forum is a provider of B2B media solutions centered around a suite of editorial and event media. Argyle brings business information and thought leadership to leading professionals. We serve a curated membership community of over 1 million business leaders in Finance, IT, Marketing, CX, AI, and HR. Clients use our engagement events, marketing services, and content solutions to communicate their brand and spotlight their product innovations to our members.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Designer with a clean and corporate design style to join our team. This role involves developing a wide range of high-quality marketing and communication materials that align with our brand's visual identity and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a variety of digital materials across multiple channels, including presentations, graphics and images for web, social media, email marketing, web landing pages, sales enablement materials, in-person event collateral, and custom content assets for content-marketing.
• Execute design projects from concept to completion while maintaining brand consistency for Argyle and Argyle’s clients.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing stakeholders to create compelling design solutions to achieve broader organizational objectives.
• Manage the full production lifecycle of design projects, including coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Independently manage workload efficiently across multiple channels.
• Conceptualize and implement multi-platform campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide input on the development and enforcement of graphic identity standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on both digital media for marketing and sales objectives.
• Knowledge of HTML and experience with email management systems and website edits.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design production, website development & design, and digital assets.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with WordPress.
• Excellent typography skills and a deep understanding of design principles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle high-volume projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
