As a Program Assistant, You Will
- Reconcile between systems and physical inventory. Manages all raw material received and consumed during the manufacturing processes.
- Analyze work activity of production floor personnel to guarantee accuracy and resolve any possible discrepancies between the production reports and the automated data collection system (ADCS), Penny Racking System (PRS), Coil Racking System (CRS) with Enterprise Resource
- Maintain Oracle which integrates internal and external management information across the entire Mint organization, accounting, manufacturing, and marketing. The accuracy is vital to the flow of information between all business units inside the Mint organization.
RequirementsConditions of Employment
- All employees must wear face masks while on MINT property when required by CDC and Federal guidelines.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation.
- Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
