Time & Fables, LLC is Hiring a Remote Social Media Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive website traffic. You will meet in-person weekly to discuss your social media plan for the upcoming week and receive borrowed inventory (primarily enamel pins) to use in creating social media content. You will be responsible for creating a certain amount of social media content per day, estimated time is 5 hours per week with hours and pay to increase with successful proven methods and brand growth.
About you:
- Located in or near Kingwood Texas to meet weekly for inventory receipt and discussion
- Has an existing interest in enamel pins or is excited to learn about the enamel pin industry
- Responsible and dedicated to creating effective social media posts on a daily basis. Please note the content does not need to be created daily however— you could create all posts in a single day and have them prepared for the week if that is your preference
- Love using social media and knows about current trends, especially in the enamel pin and independent artist industries
- Have an energetic personality
-Have your own equipment such as a smart phone with a high quality camera, lighting, backdrops and locations for videography, and other equipment necessary for being a Social Media Managing Independent Contractor.
Duties:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create and manage social media content calendar
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, news, and opportunities
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media
Skills:
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software
- Strong understanding of web analytics and SEO principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to research and stay informed about industry trends and competitors
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with branding and public relations concepts
