Job Summary:
Are you looking to grow your experience in sales? Want to work from home too? We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for generating leads and closing sales deals through outbound calls. This would be a great opportunity to gain experience as an inside sales associate in the construction, equipment rental, and sales industries. You'll get to work with advanced new technologies while generating new customers by sharing the benefits and advantages of our exciting new products and deals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling and networking.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales activities.
- Attend weekly, in-person meetings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, technical sales, or business development roles.
- Familiarity with software products/services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and negotiate with customers.
- Ability to market products effectively and drive sales growth.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages for clear communication with customers.
- Strong outbound calling skills to engage prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must have familiarity with the construction industry.
- Must be bilingual: English/Spanish
- Must have at-home access to the Internet
- Must be a go-getter /self starter.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
