Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Oversee front desk staff and provide training as necessary
-Scheduling Music lessons and communicating with instructors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in project coordination is advantageous
