Our Patient Service Coordinators greet our patients and are the first part of our patient experience! Their responsibilities include:

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Collect and update patient information our electronic health record system
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area

As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, and providing administrative support to the Optical Fashions team. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency of our practice.

This position varies between two of our locations: 814 S Main St in Holmen and 2014 State Rd 16 in La Crosse. Reliable transportation is a must for this position! The hours are typically 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, but may vary slightly based on patient schedules.
