Job Summary:
Buckeye Lawn and Landscaping and Oheil Irrigation Company are seeking a reliable Mulch Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting bulk mulch and other materials to various locations efficiently and safely. When you are not delivering products, you will help our grounds manager will various tasks at the shop.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport mulch and other materials to customers
- Load and unload landscape materials
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations during deliveries
- You will mainly assist our grounds manager around the shop when not on deliveries
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Proficiency in operating vehicles
- Familiarity with landscape equipment
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
