We are looking for a hard working individual with prior maintenance experience to help us with the daily operations of our multi-family apartment communities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Basic household maintenance
• General Electrical and Plumbing knowledge is a must
• Tenant work orders
• Cleaning
• Painting
• Diagnoses and minor repairs of HVAC related issue
• Lifting and moving of heavy items (water heaters, appliances, rock salt)
• Some grounds keeping & snow removal
• Must be able to preform routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, routine preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed to all common areas and units.
• Ability to work an on-call schedule as required to meet the needs of the property
• Use a variety of building trade skills
• Be able to work on step/extension ladders
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must have a Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and insurance
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
