Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. As an Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our office spaces. This is a vital role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors. Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly - Clean and maintain common areas, such as break rooms and conference rooms - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or fixing minor repairs - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Adhere to proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals - Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs Requirements: - Previous experience in industrial cleaning, porter, or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of custodial practices and facilities maintenance - Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as buffers or carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
