Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in their day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Duties: - Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings - Conduct research and gather information as requested by the CEO - Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up - Act as a personal assistant to the CEO, handling various administrative tasks - Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met - Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records - Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations Skills: - Proficient in QuickBooks for financial management tasks - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaborative work - Experience in event planning and coordination - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work - Computer literacy with a good understanding of various software programs - Administrative experience is preferred - Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior executives.
