Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and knowledgeable maintenance person to join our team at Off Campus Property Management and oversee all maintenance at our Cedar City Properties. This person needs to be available to work 10-15 hours per week, sometimes more, and sometimes less, depending on the volume of maintenance requests received that week. Their primary responsibilities will be to ensure all properties managed by Off Campus Property Management located in Cedar City are kept clean and that repairs are addressed in a timely manner. Specific tasks are outlined below. Additional tasks may be assigned by the General Manager. You are expected to become proficient in management software as it applies to work orders. You are also expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner while you are on site at any property managed by OCPM. The handyman we hire will need to have their own truck and tools.
