Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who will not only oversee but actively engage in the daily operations of our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach while leading a team. Reporting directly to the owners, the Warehouse Supervisor will manage small teams, including both permanent staff and contract workers, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in various warehouse activities, with a focus on Amazon FBA prep and pick-and-pack operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
• Use in-house software for inventory management, including tracking inventory movements, receiving goods, inspecting inventory, and managing damage reports.
• Actively participate in packaging, staging, loading, and unloading products, applying best practices for secure handling and efficient operations.
• Maintain the organization of the warehouse, ensuring items are stored neatly and in their designated areas to facilitate easy access and efficient workflows.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, ensuring the warehouse is tidy and free of debris, and that cleaning schedules are regularly maintained to provide a safe working environment.
• Operate and provide training on warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet stackers, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Proactively manage inventory supplies and equipment maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs independently and participating in team lifts for heavier items.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience and a strong background in Amazon FBA prep and pick-and-pack processes highly desirable.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage both small teams and contract workers.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in or willingness to learn the operation of warehouse machinery.
• Physical capability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting, standing, and moving inventory.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
