iExplore Montessori is Hiring an Infant Teacher Near Fort Worth, TX
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Infant/ Toddler Teacher to join our team Monday - Friday 2 p.m. - 6 p.m .The ideal candidate will have and a love for working with infants. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters each child's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Responsibilities:
- Observe and track each child's development and progress
- Foster a love of learning in each child by creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and colleagues
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Attend and participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in early childhood education
- Ensure the safety and well-being of each child at all times
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community
Requirements:
- experience working with infants
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for working with infants and a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards children and learning
Hours are from 2 .m. to 6 p.m.
