Home Guard Pest Control is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Escondido, CA
Primary Duties:
- Assist potential customers with setting up new service or inspections.
- Assist our customers, sales & service departments with scheduling, billing, customer concerns.
- Excellent communication skills a must! You will communicate by phone, email, web chat and text messaging.
- Experience with answering multi-phone lines is also a plus.
- Attention to detail is very important.
- A solution oriented employee!
- Will need candidate to take Branch 2 Field Representative test and become licensed through the State of California - Structural Pest Control Board within first 60 days of employment. We will offer study material.
- Hours will be 3pm-8pm Monday thru Friday and alternating Saturdays 8am-2pm.
