Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:
- Verifying for accuracy, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions
- Reconciling outstanding balances appropriately
Qualifications
- Attention to detail highly recommended.
- Prior data entry experience a plus.
- Accounting Background a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
