Summer Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Outdoor Maintenance:
  • Perform regular lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and edging.
  • Maintain garden areas, including planting, weeding, and mulching.
  • Assist in the upkeep of outdoor facilities and parking areas.
• Indoor Maintenance:
  • Perform basic painting and decorating tasks as needed.
  • Assist in routine building maintenance and repairs, including fixing light fixtures and basic plumbing.
  • Ensure all indoor areas are clean and well-maintained.
• General Duties:
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
  • Report any major repair needs or safety hazards.
  • Assist in setting up and taking down equipment for events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or general maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age.
