Your Impact as an Nurse:

As a Nurse at PFH, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients at the Behavioral Health Crisis Center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Medication Administration: You'll administer client medications, including injections, and closely monitor medication compliance and side effects. We use standardized evaluations to ensure the best care.
• Client Documentation: Document relevant client activities during your shifts, helping track their progress and behaviors.
• Detoxification Support: Screen and monitor detoxification clients to ensure their medical needs are met during this critical phase of their treatment.
• Effective Communication: Communicate any client/patient problems or emergencies to the appropriate personnel, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Education Facilitation: Prepare and facilitate education groups, helping our clients gain the knowledge they need to progress in their treatment journey.
• Client Support: Assist in orienting our client/patient population to their rights and clinic rules, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse: You should be licensed in the applicable state- Missouri.
• Willingness to Grow: We welcome Nurses who are open to becoming licensed in additional states and comfortable with providing telehealth services to the individuals we serve.
