The Production Control Clerk supports the facility work control team located at White Sands Test Facility (WSTF). This position incorporates information into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support compilation of records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of facility operations and maintenance.

This is a Wage Determined (SCA), part time, regular Production Control Clerk position budgeted for twenty (20) hours weekly. The position is located at the NASA/White Sands Test Facility in Las Cruces NM. We offer a competitive wage, prorated benefits, as applicable, and 401K. Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Enters information collected from work orders to include log comments, work efforts, failure codes where applicable.
• Initiates work order completion within the CMMS and collaborates with other production control members to close out work orders.
• Supports management in identifying systemic issues for facility related activities.
• Archives work orders based on records retention requirements.
• Supports other Production Control Clerk with compiling chemical inventory records and enters updates into the SDS system at minimum monthly.
• Supports other Production Control Clerk with entering work requests into CMMS, collaborates with requestors to ensure all information is accurate, generate work order within the CMMS and releases it to the Planning and Scheduling team.
• Performs other related work as assigned.

Mandatory:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Two (2) years' experience of relevant work experience.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid State driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required level clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
