SEASONAL POSITION STARTING IN MAY AND ENDING IN AUGUST The general responsibility of the Food Service Part-time staff is to serve others. This will include assisting with food preparation, serving, cleaning, helping in other department, and all things necessary to meet the need of all guests. Summary of Essential Job Functions
Look for opportunities to serve others.
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, etc.
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing all pot, pans, cook equipment, etc.
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing all Back of House areas.
Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying that accurate items and amounts are received.
Maintain health department standards at all times.
Assist with any Back of House assignments.
Train and assist in other departments as needed.
Accept miscellaneous assignments as agreed upon by your supervisor.
Availability to work any of the shifts in Food Service.
