Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing information about available breakfast options
- Prepare and serve food items such as hot and cold beverages, pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed to ensure a continuous supply for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by regularly cleaning tables, countertops, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of food items
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation for catering or banquet events as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing exceptional guest relations
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to assist guests with recommendations
Skills:
- Previous experience in catering, banquet, or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and basic food preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
