About the Role

The Pharmacy Operations Associate plays a hybrid role, combining pharmacy tech tasks with logistics duties. You will handle prescription packaging, patient shipments, and support delivery couriers while assisting with prescription data entry and issue resolution.

* Report any discrepancies to the manager and manage department inventory.

* Coordinate with Capsule teams to ensure we deliver on customer's expectations and ensure an amazing customer experience across all touchpoints.

* Master our internal operating system: develop full operational knowledge and understanding of pharmacy operations, adhering to strict safety, quality, and production standards.

* Work with the pharmacy operations team to meet or exceed company goals and priorities.

* This is a part-time position that will vary hours per week on evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

* You have a High School Diploma / GED and have 1 years of prior experience in counting/packing medications

* You are proficient with a computer and Windows PC applications and are able to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

* You are familiar with general pharmacy terminology (SIG codes, brand and generic names of medications)

* Ability to lift twenty (20) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes and stand for long periods of time

* You are available to work evenings (within the operating hours: Boston Pharmacy Hours: 9AM - 6PM ET, Sat: 11AM - 3PM ET, Sun: Closed)
