Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure a fun and safe environment for our guest
• Interact in a professional and calm manner with our guests
• Patrol and monitor recreation areas, such as, indoor and outdoor pools, and splash pad
• Rescue distressed person, using rescue techniques and appropriate equipment
• Contact emergency medical personnel in case of a serious injury
• Contact MOD immediately if an incident occurs
• Examine injured person
• Warn guests in the recreational areas of inclement weather, unsafe areas, or illegal conduct
• Maintain quality of pool water by testing chemical levels
• Inspect recreational equipment and areas for any potential danger
• Inspect recreational areas for cleanliness, make sure all outdoor areas are free of trash or hazards
• Observe activities in your assigned area, watching for any dangerous actions, or odd behaviors by guests in the recreation area
• Document or write incident reports immediately and thoroughly
• Follow all safety guidelines and policies
• Other duties as assigned
