Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed to repair or maintain equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
- Welding experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train other technicians.
