The Riviera Club is Hiring a Part-Time Weekend Breakfast/Lunch Server Near Indianapolis, IN

Weekend Breakfast/Lunch Server Responsibilities:

Schedule is 8PM to 3PM on Saturday. Additional hours may become available if requested
Alcohol license would be advantageous
Receiving food and beverage orders and directing these to the proper area, as needed
Handling a POS system to input orders
Providing Members with condiments upon request.
Ability to carry a serving tray and serve food and beverages to customers
Clearing cutlery and dishes from Members tables.
Resolving Members queries and complaints..
Sweeping, mopping the floors after each meal service.
Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.

Weekend Breakfast/Lunch Server Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar role.
Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.
Attentive to detail.
Friendly, service-driven disposition.
Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
